7. Pegasun SOFTWARE AND INFORMATION USAGE
By installing Pegasun software (System Utilities, PC Cleaner, etc.), you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions contained in the EULA (End-User License Agreement) that appears when you run the installation programs. Please refer to that EULA for more information.
8. ONLINE ACTIVATION
If you are using the Premium edition of System Utilities, an authentication with our server must take place in order to check the validity of your license. Upon registration of Pegasun System Utilities Premium, a unique random code will be generated to identify your PC. System Utilities will send this code to our server along with the serial key you've entered for authentication purpose. To make sure you are using an authentic version of System Utilities, this code and your serial key will be saved on our server. No other personal information about you or your PC will be collected.
